Top Menu

The Top Menu in Journal 3 is a simple menu system allowing you to display menu items in your header.

Workflow

  1. Access Journal > Header > Top Menu and create new or edit existing module.
  2. Once the module is created it needs to be added to the active header in Journal > Header > Your Header > Top Menu > Top Menu Module
  3. The Top Menu uses the Menu Item style from Journal > Styles > Menu Item. You can create as many different styles as you want and apply them to the Top Menu in the active header in Journal > Header > Your Header > Top Menu > Menu Style.

Mobile Top Menu

The mobile headers can use different menu modules. This is extremely useful and allows you to create lighter modules for mobile devices and improve performance in the process. Load the mobile Top Menu module in Journal > Header > Mobile Header x > Top Menu Module

Conditional Menu Items

Every menu item or module in Journal 3 can be selectively enabled only for guest or customers.

This is very useful when you want to have different login/logout/register menus based on user login status.
