To report an issue please file a ticket on our support page and our developers will get back to you within 24h on business days or up to 48h on weekends or holidays.
Whenever encountering an issue with your store, please make sure the same issue does not happen on the default Opencart theme as well. Our developers will ask you to do this to rule out the issue is theme related so it will save everyone involved valuable time if you do this yourself before filing the ticket.
